Two ways to practice. One way to be treated.
Whether you're on a mat in front of me or on a screen in your living room, the rule is the same: you show up as you are, and that is enough.
In person · O'Fallon, IL
One-on-one and small-group sessions where I can see what your body is actually doing — not what you think it's doing. I read the room. If your shoulders are up by your ears when you walk in, we start somewhere different than we planned.
Some sessions test your strength until your legs shake. Others are slow on purpose, because tuning in is the part most strong people skip. You'll get hands-on cues, honest adjustments, and permission to say "not today" about any shape that doesn't feel right.
Online · anywhere
Live sessions built for go-go-go schedules. A patch of floor, a wall, and whatever time you actually have. I coach by what I can see and by what you tell me, so speaking up matters even more here — if you need something, say something.
Good for travel weeks, early mornings before the kids are up, and anyone who wants to start without a room full of strangers watching.
Mantra meditation
Taught with a mala I made by hand. Your fingers move bead by bead while the mantra keeps your brain busy, which is why this works for people convinced they can't meditate. You're not trying to empty your head. You're giving it one thing to hold.
Breath and mobility work
Short, repeatable sequences for hips, hamstrings, shoulders and spine, plus breathing you can use in a parking lot. This is the part that shows up in your hikes, your lifts, and how you get off the floor after playing with your kids.
Not sure which one fits? Tell me where you're stiff and how much time you have, and I'll tell you straight. The calorie calculator is free while you decide.
